Jaclyn Kuyers grew up in Pella, IA, and attended Calvin College where she earned a degree in Fine Arts, minoring in Dance. While at Calvin, Jaclyn balanced her studies with school service. She worked extensively on campus as a Campus Tour Guide, in addition to serving with the Student Senate and interning with the Student Life Office. Jaclyn also was involved with the Student Philanthropy Council, the Campus Involvement and Leadership Office, and the Visual Arts and Dance Guilds . In her free time, Jaclyn enjoys choreography, dancing, and pursuing artistic endeavors. She is a part of the East End cohort, and is serving at the Environmental Charter School .

Cecilia Lapp Stoltzfus (Mount Rainier, MD /Goshen College’17)

Cecilia Lapp Stoltzfus, raised in Mount Rainier, MD, completed her undergraduate studies at Goshen College with a degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability and a minor in Music. At Goshen, Cecilia was involved in environmental advocacy through her service on the Ecological Stewardship Committee and as a leader of the EcoPAX Environmental Justice Club and the GCDivest campaign where she co-wrote a literature review entitled “Socially Responsible Investing and Mennonite Education Agency”. Near her DC-area home, she has spent recent summers as a swim coach and wetland restoration intern along the Anacostia and Patuxent rivers. In her free time, Cecilia enjoys playing rugby, swimming, and singing in choirs. She is a part of the Northside cohort, and is serving at The Door Campaign .

Tabata

Cycle Sculpt
This class will keep your heart rate up and maximize calorie burn by incorporating high-intensity cycle segments and strength training segments. Please arrive early to reserve your bike and weights.
Pilates Fusion
Pilates based workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, and total body conditioning. This class combines the core and muscle-sculpting benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga.
Mindful Yoga Flow
Flow and restore after a busy workday. Expect a mindful and energetic movement of breath paired with postures designed to increase strength and flexibility. Practices will include a blend of dynamic movement, longer holds, restorative stretches, meditation and humor. Beginners and experienced students are both welcome; options will be presented for all levels.
